Hierarchical Custom Post Types Broken in 3.9 | WordPress.org

Upon upgrading to WordPress 3.9.1, the post type on my site that is using Custom Hierarchy is now throwing a 404. I know that this is a known problem already. Hopefully a fix is coming soon.
