Wondered how to hide some of the posts? I only want my published posts to be visible. But do not want to lose the sample posts (seemingly published). Or maybe unpublish the sample posts.
Also is it possible to type in an intro on the posts page? Or could I have a different page as an intro page and have the posts page as a regular page?

Looks like you have three questions

To keep posts, but prevent them from appearing anywhere, change the status of the post from ‘published‘ to ‘draft

To make an ‘intro’ on your posts page make a post with the content you want for the intro and assign it as a ‘sticky post‘.

To use a page (rather than list of posts) your home page, create both a page for home and an empty page as the blog page & assign these to their roles in settings -> reading

I created both a page for home and an empty page as the blog page @ assigned these to their roles in settings -> reading.
What I get is 2 Home titles on the menu. How do I get rid of one?
my website is http://www.photo-save.com. Thank you for helping me.

I eliminated the title on the page and suddenly there is only one home page. Is this correct?

When I am on the blog page, the home page is also red on the menu. Am I doing it right?
