   My issue is similar to the recent post by Sargibbons. I don't want posting dates and author to appear with any of my posts. Where do I find the code that would need to be deleted in order to remove it from all posts?

   I'm using the Lifestyle Child Theme.

   as your theme seems to be a commercial theme, try to contact the theme seller for support.

   help through this forum with commercial themes is virtually impossible because the theme files are not freely accessible.
