Hiding certain pages on menu to logged in users only (1 post)

I am using WordPress for some websites where pages are restricted to logged in users only which works well (for example with the Page Restrict plug-in).

However, I need to hide these pages from the navigation so that they only show on the menu after the user has not logged in.

Currently the pages are on the menu and the user has to log in to see the page.

But some pages need to be excluded from the menu when browsing anonymously, and then show on the menu when the user has logged in.

The pages should not be found in searches and so on, until after the user has logged in.

The pages, as they contain private content, should be excluded from search engines.

I've spent some time Googling, but as yet haven't found a solution or plug-in.

    Any suggestions? Thanks!
