Hide widgets on add new post

    I have a wordpress site. i want to hide some widgets to Author on Add new post. like i recently instal a new plugin ( WP Featured Content Slider ). this plugin show too all of my registered user on add new post. please give suggestion how can i hide this widgets on add new post option.
