The best way to do this is to edit the “membership-cancel” page, remove the [pmpro_cancel] shortcode and replace it with some text about your cancellation policy etc.
If you are using PayPal as a gateway, there is no way to stop users from cancelling on the PayPal side. With other gateways, users will still be able to process “chargebacks” through their credit card companies that will cancel the subscription. So be careful about that.
Thank for your answer,just i want delete the button “Cancel suscription” for my membership level “Free” i have one code for the autoregister at this level and I need take off the button of this level because if they press cancel suscription on this level they will appear just like suscriptors.

Are you referring to the link on the Account page or something else? If so, you can create a custom page template for the Account page and delete the code for that link.
