[resolved] Hide Shadow Box edge around Header Image (3 posts)

    I am using Twentytwelve-child.

    Period Drama

I am using a transparent body background so only the site theme background shows.

I have some header images, which are .png images, where a lot of the header is transparent also.

Somewhere there is a css call which is putting a box shadow around the header image. I want to eliminate that.

First where would I find that?

Second, how to code something you do NOT want from the parent css into the child?

    Thanks

    first:
a browser inspection tool such as Firefox' web developer add-on can help.

    second:
overwrite the style; i.e. if you do not want a box-shadow, use 'box-shadow: none;'
