Could someone please tell me how I might hide unwanted page tabs? The theme I am using is studio press 1.2. It creates a tab in the header with every page you create and I don't want them all visisble. Thanks in advance.

Under "Genesis-->Theme Settings" find the Primary Navigation area and choose "Custom Menu".

Then go to "Appearance-->Menus" and make a custom menu to use. You can add only the pages you want shown in navigation. If you need help setting up the custom menu, check here:

    Shayne,
Thanks for the help, and I appologize for my inepptitude but I'm a neophyte.

I don't know where the "Genesis-->Theme Settings" are. Could it be that the free theme I am using does not have this function? I've already created a widgetized custom menu I placed in the sidebar, but i still have the tabs in the header. I'm lost.

Ok...sorry. You mentioned StudioPress so I assumed you were using the Genesis Framework...maybe not? If you are, you'll have a "Genesis" tab in your dashboard (on left column).

If not, you can read here on how to add the Custom Menus functionality to your existing theme.
