Is there a plugin that will block specific static pages from coming up in a site search, but will still appear in the Admin page search? I’m currently using Search Everything, which very effectively blocks specified pages from coming up in a site search. The problem is that it also blocks those pages from search results in the Pages search on the Admin side. So unless I have a bookmark to the hidden page, I wouldn’t be able to find it again! Any similar plugins seem to have the same problem.
I don’t want to change the plugin code itself (a solution I found in one plugin’s support tab) because I won’t always be the one to update the site in question, and I don’t want to saddle others with having to manually change the code back when the plugin is updated. I also don’t want to saddle them with having to find pages they might not even know are there!
Suggestions (and hopefully solutions) would be most welcome. Thanks!
