Hide HOME and RSS in Nav Bar

I am trying to figure out how to edit the header.php file so that the HOME and RSS does not show. I am using the theme “Tis The Season.”

Here is my header php. Can someone tell me what I need to edit or delet or change to get rid of HOME and RSS in the nav bar? Thanks in advance!
