Hide/Add categories and others from user profile – post- dashboard-

i want to force user to post in cat 1
so can hide cat 2 cat 3 from users profile dashboard
if i can do that then i want to add more things to user profile
menu posts like wiki how to post how to use or put weekly game or clip song
is there anything to control user profile interface
lets say i want group 1 only can post in category 1
group 2 only can post in category 2
when they try to write a post users can only sees what i want them to see
an easy way for me to control a big site
am i repeating myself !!

a month and can’t get this from Google !!
should i try Bing 🙂 “a passed a year didn’t touch Microsoft sites ”
