    I have installed a blog in my yoga folder.
    here I want to show only yoga related posts
    categorie = no 6.
    I'm using the same interface and database as my main blog but here I want to show only categorie 6.which are all yoga related posts

    I think I should edit the loop but I don't understand how I can exclude all categories but one. What ( the index.php? and where should I edit that)
    I find the wiki (about the loop) very hard to undertstand so that doesn't help me good enough.

    I am confused... Are you saying you have an exsting blog at
    http://www.georgelangenberg.com/blog/
    and now installed another WP installation at
    http://www.georgelangenberg.com/yoga/ ? (I don't see it)
    And the two blogs use the same database or the same tables? You see, there could be many blogs/WP instalss using the same database, but they all should have different table prefixes!
    I am not sure it will work if you want to use the same tables for two separate installs...

    the blog will be located here [css not edited yet]
    http://www.georgelangenberg.com/yoga/yogablog/

    I only want to show the categorie 6 here which is are the yoga related posts in my blog. I think I if have different table prefixes (and use the same database) I have to repost to that blog and I hoped that would not be necassary.

    So I thought let's just only show those posts of cat 6. there

    You can try to apply any of the category (in)visibility plugins [search for them] though I am not sure it will not affect the "original" blog, too.

    EDIT. On the yoga-blog you could try to use the Template_Tags/query_posts to get the posts from only one category.
