Question. Does this or your pro plug in have power to hide and unhide authors? I am doing a multi author site. I don’t want to look at a screen that includes other authors all the time.

But, I have to approve pending articles.

They come into my feed. I am thinking I will create a whole nother user for myself as an editor and remove editor from my admin panel.

Then, I will have to have two different logins for the two different panels… because I want to toggle back and forth between seeing all and taking care of pending and such..and being in my own panel with my own posts only… or I will create a whole nother user for myself that is just for editing and publishing the works of others.

I will not be able to stand “sharing that space” all the time… rather than just when I need to review other users to publish their articles. I don’t want other author’s “in my space”. 🙂 It’s too disorganized.

I don’t know if these plug ins do that.

    Thanks.

The Admin Columns Pro Add-on allows you to filter your posts by author, showing just the posts of a particular author. However, it does not support filtering for multiple authors (i.e. only posts from Author 1 and Author 2).

Does this answer your question? I’m not entirely sure what it is that you want to know :-).

Thank you so much for your answer. I don’t know the “terminology” at times to use in searching for a plug in to do what I want. So, I searched so much for a plug in searching for “mine column” and found nothing. But I changed my search term to “author filter” and did find one that would let me filter by author. This one does not support multiple authors either and does only author filter. Your plug-in does more. I will take another look at your plug-in.

Jesper, no need to respond… but on multi author sites, admins want to change configurations for different users of all things… including admin columns… and assign them. 🙂 I think your plugin will be very helpful for me in the global… and I will look for an add on to it or make a suggestion to you for future development that somehow admins have ability to assign different templates to different users/roles.

Thank you again for your response.
