Hidden Static Home Page and Blogging

    I have a theme called Moses from Mintthemes.com It works fine.
    I have added a blog page and attempted to set it as the posts page in settings –> reading

    but my home page is not listed as a page option when I look through the drop down menu on “Front Page”. How can I set the page I’ve created titled “blog” to receive posts in light of this problem?
