Hidden form code

I am brand new to this WP and am editing an existing “website” built in WP. I have a form on a page but cannot find the code it is simply written [nch_kbd_osfrm]. Nothing more, nothing less. Could someone tell we where to find what it is sourcing from? Thank you.
