Hi, can U suggest a theme with thumbnails on pages?

Hi, I’ve been at this for weeks and finally doing the blokes thing and asking for help, after way too long, lol.
I’m building a site in which the pages have many web site links, and Ifor visual clarity and attractiveness I’d like each one with a thumbnail image (to illustrate the site link), can you suggest a theme that has this function or option? The stock uploader will only place the image on a line position, it can’t stay in parallel for some reason and looks terrible.
I’ve looked for a plug ins that might also let me do this but to no avail, any suggestion also much appreciated for a plug in that will help.
