I'm a beginner.
Sites keep asking me for my rss feed adress. Where the heck do I find it?

Also, when I click on the orange rss button, it just tries to add me to a yahoo page. I don't use yahoo, so don't know why that would be happening??

My advise is to sign up for a feedburner feed. You get all kinds of stats with it and it's easy to set up.
Just hover your mouse over the feed link and you should see the URL. Generally it's http://www.myblog.com/feed/ if you have pretty URLS turned on.
