   A friend of my wife wants a website that looks similiar to this one:

   I'm thinking WordPress is the way to go, but does anyone know where I can get a theme with that some layout? Maybe with a good menu bar?

   there are plenty of 3 column themes that are similar
   http://themes.wordpress.net
   look at the "business" ones

   also, google for a 3 column wordpress business theme
