First, you'll need hosting and a domain name, which you may or may not be able to get through your new hosting provider.

Then, you'll need to install WordPress.

    After that, follow this guide.

Yes, you could, but not all free hosting providers meet the minimum requirements.

If you're looking to just start with WordPress for free, try a wordpress.com blog. You can always move to your own self-hosted blog later.

Sorry for my really stupid and simple questions!

In wordpress.com can i modify as much as i can with admin panel in .org?

No. You cannot upload new themes, amend themes or install plugins on wordpress.com.

wordpress.com is free and managed by Automattic, Inc. All you do is blog and work with the very basics of WordPress. They handle the rest.

wordpress.org is free, but self-hosted, self-installed, and self-managed. You do everything, and there are very few limitations.

    Correct.

It would help if you knew some basic HTML, CSS, and PHP, but that's not necessary.

I honestly don't recommend any free hosts. They're unreliable and often missing critical elements that WordPress needs to function perfectly.

As for free domain names, I don't think that such a thing exists unless you sign up with a paid hosting provider that's offering a free domain name.

I don't think it's possible to run a WordPress.org site on free hosting or domain. I've seen free blogs installed at godaddy.com, for example, and they are pretty much screwed up. People loose their time by trying this free stuff out. WordPress needs quality hosting and a registered domain.

If anyone knows how to do a free fully operational WordPress.org site - please share. But I am 99.99% sure that whatever is available for free will either have advertisement that we don't want or will be unable to handle certain core functions of WordPress.

I cant learn nothing on WordPress.com becouse there is a lack of functionality.

Tell me can I make in WordPress.org site different than blog form.
I want to look how i want not like mass blog, or WordPress.org is only blog platform and look like tipical blog?

What lack of functionality are you referring to on WordPress.COM?

Many of WordPress.COM's Themes are highly customizable. Their Themes tend to have more built in features using Widgets than standard Themes that you need to use Plug-in's to do.

You can also use CSS to customize their stock Themes to the point that the Theme is very hard to recognize the Theme name.

True you can't use Plug-in's but for most people this is not much of an issue.
