    I tested on wordpress 3.7 and wordpress 3.8 sites with default wordpress 2012 theme.

    Here is a sample link: http://rahul286.rtcamp.net/forums/topic/tpscscad/

    To create code blocks or other preformatted text, indent by four spaces:

    This will be displayed in a monospaced font. The first four
    spaces will be stripped off, but all other whitespace
    will be preserved.

    Markdown is turned off in code blocks:
    [This is not a link](http://example.com)
    To create not a block, but an inline code span, use backticks:

    Here is some inline code.
    For more help see http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/syntax

    And in JS Console, there is a line:

    JQMIGRATE: jQuery.fn.live() is deprecated jquery-migrate.js?ver=1.2.1:41
    console.trace()           jquery-migrate.js?ver=1.2.1:43

    Helpbar shows correctly in backend post/page editor. Issue is only on front-end.

    I wasn't able to test the page you linked to (forums required me to be logged-in), but the toolbar for the comments on this page works ok: http://rahul286.rtcamp.net/test-b2w/

    Are you still having issues with the forum?

    Yep. Comment form is working.

    I enabled guest posting on forum.

    Now you can see toolbar is missing on http://rahul286.rtcamp.net/forums/topic/tpscscad/

    Thanks for your time.

    I think this issue was fixed in 1.5 (which was withdrawn after some bugs were found). When 1.5.1 this should be fixed, but in the mean time, here's how to fix it: https://github.com/stephenharris/WP-MarkDown/commit/9774beb2374b2b4b4f528a1d69d363b880ac3cc3
