Last night i updated to 2.2 version and now i am getting strange kinda error. Have a look at it on

Error :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_filter() in /home/knowing/public_html/wifi/wp-includes/default-filters.php on line 4
Is there any one who also faced such kinda problem.
Any suggestions to work it out ?
