help, wp shows sub-categories in home page? y?

    i have created some parent categories. I have created 2 sub-categories named ‘DB9’ and ‘V12 vanquish’ which are inside ‘Aston Martin’ category which inturn is inside ‘Car Reviews’ Category

    explanation:—- Car Reviews–>Aston Martin–>DB9 and V12 Vanquish.

    the problem is that when i wrote post in ‘DB9’ and ‘V12 Vanquish’ they appeared in the home page under Categories.

    what I want is that only the parent categories should be shown in the home page, and when i click a particular category the sub categories should be shown in a new page + the root (as in windows explorer)…….and further on………..

    how may i do it…anybody who could help is welcome and please help.

    i m using version 2.0.1

    i dont know y this post appeared two times in this support forum….i was having problem with my internet explorer, i refreshed it twice after clicking send post…….maybe thats y it happened…..so sorry admin.
