Help with with Forms issue

I’m creating a church website. I need to make it so the pastors can be emailed from the site. I know not to put the email address directly on the site. I’ve tried several forms plugins. They all keep a database of emails that I and any other administrator can see. This info might be very personal and private so I don’t want to do that.

I’ve tried creating my own form but the email is in the source code.
<option value=”efree@efr#####.org”>Church Office</option> I’m assuming that the spyders can find this?????

I don’t know how I can to do this. Please any advise you can give would be appreciated.
