   Hi

   I was wondering if someone could help me as i'm not very good with this stuff.

   I had an a WordPress.com free blog and was using the theme Contempt, the widgets worked just fine and were all in there under appearance, I could just pick and choose which ones I wanted to use.

   Now that I have moved my blog on to WordPress.org I picked the same theme, but it says that 'The theme you are currently using isn’t widget-aware, meaning that it has no sidebars that you are able to change. For information on making your theme widget-aware, please follow these instructions.'

   When I go to the instructions I just have NO IDEA what to do, can anyone break it down to me in a simple way?
