help with subscriber user role login dashboard

when I user role subscriber logs in they see the 2 boxes on the right which I want to delete – and then there is a dotted line box like I can put something in there but cannot for the life of me figure out how to put something in there, do you know a way? really I want to show the content from another page I made.
