• Howdy.

I am about to write a simple plugin that replaces the “insert image” form on the WP2 editor with my own picture upload site (http://picmojo.go2mojo.com/). The idea being, users of PicMOJO will be able to insert their images directly into WP2 with a single click.

I haven’t dealt with the WYSIWYG editor directly yet, so I’m posting here to check if there are any issues or problems with this, or if there are any similar projects going on.

    Thanks for your time,

    Josh

  • I’m trying to upload a small images to a “page” and the error I receive is:
Unable to create directory /home/dgr/public_html/pr/wp-content/uploads/2006. Is /home/dgr/public_html/pr/wp-content/uploads writable?

Yes the directory is writeable. I ftp’ed the image into the uploads directory manually, but the image still doesn’t show. I have a little red X where the image should be. Any suggestions?

Maybe my question should be: what are the chmod numbers for the uploads directory?

    chmod 666, 766, or 777.
