Help with Permalinks

Hi:
I have a page that is a container page for a real estate app. I am trying to create SEO friendly links for individual listings. The problem is these “pages” are dynamic and do not exist so I get a 404 page.

Here is an example link:

http://domain.com/mls/listingdetail/123456/123-main-st-anytown-ca

What I want is for this “link” to resolve at the page “mls” and then have the “mls” page interpret the url – grab the appropriate content using the mls number – and display it.

So… the question is,how do I intercept the permalink request and redefine it to the page I want?
