• I have posted this twice and no one has responded. Can anyone HELP!

    I am using Atahualpa and it’s a GREAT theme, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to eliminate the dotted line which outlines the Page Menu Bar and the Category Menu Bar in the Header. Within the theme, it suggests that you just blend the color value with that of the background, but I can’t figure out how to do that.

    It says: “Every item of the menu bar, plus the menu bar itself, will be wrapped into this border. To have no borders in the first level, give it the same color as the background color for first level items. Don’t use semicolons here.”

    Here’s is what is currently in there: “solid 4px #000000”

    However, this only affects the actual pages WITHIN the page menu, not the border of the menu itself (which shows up as the aforementioned dotted line). Does anyone know how to make this change or how to manipulate the “first level” mentioned above?

    For reference, the site is budgetresumebuilder.com. You’ll see what I’m talking about when you visit the site.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

  • The theme you mentioned has a forum of its own. If you ask there, you will get faster and accurate response to your issue.

    I’m no pro, but I struggled with this for quite awhile and finally just changed the borders to 0px … that worked for me. Good luck!

    If your trying to remove the dashed lines above the header and around the search bar and below the header right above the picture. Then I think this is what your looking for.

    select the ‘Appearance’ dropdown
    select the ‘Atahualpa Theme Options’
    In ‘Header Area’ select ‘Style & edit HEADER AREA’
    scroll down to ‘Search Box’
    change color in this line: border: 1px dashed #cccccc;
    do the same for ‘Horizontal Bar 1: Styling’,
    and ‘Horizontal Bar 2: Styling’

    For the verticle lines between your sidebars and center section

    In ‘Sidebars & Widgets’ select ‘Style & configure SIDEBARS’
    scroll down to ‘LEFT sidebar style’
    change color in this line: border: 1px dashed #cccccc;
    do the same for LEFT INNER sidebar style, RIGHT sidebar style, and RIGHT INNER INNER sidebar style

    Hope this helps.
