Try fixing your Blog Address in Administration > Settings > General and set it to: http://www.rubiconhealthcare.com

In your web-root folder you should have NO index.html and again in your web-root folder your index.php should look like:

/* Short and sweet */
define('WP_USE_THEMES', true);
require('./wordpress/wp-blog-header.php');
?>

Try deleting your .htaccess and updating your permalinks to the Default setting.

Assuming you don’t try to plug ‘index.php’ into a permalink structure you probably can try other settings there. Might review Permalinks for more info.
