Help With Installation

Hi there, I tried installing WP onto a website I’m designing for my church.

The entire site is in HTML if this helps.

The link is http://www.fourthdimension.willowdale.com/blog

The blog comes up if you go to that link.

But when I tried to access the login page, I get these error messages:

I did not alter any of the documents except the wp-config.php with the required info as per the installation instructions.
