Help with Font Color and a Link issue

    I am working on my website and cannot find and answer to two of my questions.
    1. On my front page, http://www.knuckledownlacrosse.com, I cannot seem to change the color of the sidebar. The headings in the sidebar are blending in with the background.
    2. The Recent Posts are showing up with a broken link when I click them.

    keke,I can see the sidebar,maybe you need do some code in background,but I can not see your article,is there something wrong with my computer?
