Need help on how to exclude a specific folder from one of my WordPress sites. I did not plan to launch another website so my current site is at the root directory on their server. (1and1.com is my host)
However, I'm about to launch another website and I have no choice but to create a folder in root and install WordPress in that folder for this second site.
I'm very concerned because I don't want current site crawled with this folder and have problems with Google.
Basically,
This is an Android site I'm launching and I have the new site installed in a folder called "android". I need to exclude that folder from site in root directory already.
I have done this via a .htaccess file with another site but that didn't work. Wondering if someone can help me rule out this folder properly?
