Help with DePo Masthead!

I’ve used DePo Masthead on another blog and it’s beautiful! But now I installed it on my http://www.teaparty-republicans.com and it’s all whacked out! Can anyone tell me how to fix this? On my other blog at http://sonomacountynews.wordpress.com it shows the last three blogs like it’s supposed to. But this new install is whacked out. Help? Please?!? Thanks in advance.
