• Hi. I hope this is the right place to ask this. I am using the TS Custom Widget plug in and I am trying to figure out how to use a conditional tag so that a certain widget will ONLY show up on a certain archive page (category page).

    my site is: http://www.legitimatepaidsurveyscritic.com

I have countries listed at the top, each nav button takes you to a category page with a list of all the posts in that specific category.

If you go to USA, and click on the first post (GLobal Test Market), you will see that there are 3 flag widgets displayed on the Global Test Market Post, as global test market is linked to all 3 country categories.

I would like to somehow prevent those flags from showing up on that post, and stick a custom widget just on that post.

I am thinking I would somehow do this with a conditional tag, but I don’t know which one to use or where to place it?

Any advice would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks

I am going to bump this because I wrote this at like 3:00 in the morning, and I just woke up and reread it and it is way too confusing. Here’s a simplified version of this question. Is there any way to apply a widget to a category and have it ONLY show on the category page and NOT the post? (Using TS Custom widgets)

    Hope that makes more sense.

    Thank you!
