I've stepped in to help a friend with his WordPress site. He hired someone to work on it, who seems to have messed it up in several ways. I've fixed a couple of problems, but I'm new to WordPress, so this one is beyond me. It's built off of the Kingdom Theme.

When you load the main page, http://www.powertherapyla.com, for the first time (in all browsers) the website loads only the header and footer. After that, it loads normally, although the slider randomly shows works correctly as well. Sometimes it shows up correctly and sometimes it shows up as two pictures on one top of the other.

Any help on how I can fix that? Thank you guys!

Have you some imagery of what the website should look like?

    Thank you!

The HTML generated for the web page doesn't include the content.
Do you know which template the home page uses and if so, can you Pastebin.com the contents and link us it?

The home page uses the Kingpin template. It loads correctly intermittently, so here is the live website: http://www.powertherapyla.com. Does that give you what you need?

In the Dashboard, in Pages, when you select the 'Home' page to edit, can you see which template is assigned (in Page Attributes to the right)?

I'm sorry...I made a typo. It's the Kingdom template. It was purchased by the original person but can bee seen here: http://themeforest.net/item/kingdom-retina-responsive-portfolio-wp-theme/2320710.

On the Home Page, it says under Page Attributes that it's the "Home 4:3 Showcase" template.

    Thanks!

Have you tried contacting the theme's developers? When paying for themes, you're also paying for support.

Hey Ck27paws, as Andrew says, you should try contacting the developer of the theme. On ThemeForest, you can use the contact form on the theme author's profile page to get in touch with them.

In the case of the Kingdom theme, the author's profile page is here: http://themeforest.net/user/SwiftIdeas

    Best of luck! :)

The problem with getting support from the developer is that it was the initial designer that purchased the theme. And despite being paid $500 by my friend, refuses to give us the information to prove he owns the theme. He would need to buy the theme again. So if we can't fix it on our own, he will have to do that.
