I have a web site. It is all about tutorials on computer tech stuffs. Now I need to add comment feature on every article I write. I'm really sick of finding a good tutorial on cms. I found some scripts but they are putting their ad on my web site (I hate it). Can I use WordPress content management for my comments feature in my web site ? Please help me.

If your asking can you just take the comments feature from WordPress, and using a different platform to write a post pages / tutorials, then no you can't.
The reason for this is that WordPress references all comments to the tutorials, via post id numbers, so te comments are integrated. WordPress is very simple to use and easily customisable, so if it's not to much trouble I'd recommend moving your site over to WordPress
