help with adding a custom page to a theme

I need to add a page that has been designed in a basic HTML editor to a theme I have loaded to my word press site.

It is an eleganttheme and I cannot see how to generate a blank page without the sidebar and naviagtion bar.

is it as simple as loading a HTML page into a folder in the directory structure ??

This is kinds urgent as I need to present to a customer tomorrow and require the video to be on a blank page at least or would be better to have customers logo on it.

would be happy to pay for someone to point me in the right direction
