   Hi All

   I'm brand new to WP and loving it so far...I've installed V2.8, grabbed a theme ( ) and want to get started..first thing I want to do is get control of the ad boxes (1 top right of the page and 4 in the sidebar) However, if I go to wisgets it says there's no sidebar, also I dont know what plugins I need for the ads...this is the code for the 4 ads in the sidebar:

   I do not know your theme , but I suspect that either :

   The sidebar is not dynamic , look for a file called sidebar.php, (or right.php or something ) in your theme folder

   OR

   There is no SIDEBAR, but those ad boxes are defined inside the index (or home or any other template file)...

   OR

   There is some kind of a custom menu for your theme at the admin area.

   About the plugin for ads, if it is not defined by some theme options (I think it does) so you will need to add a script instead of the images, depending on the ads you use .
