   Hey There,

   I've mocked up a design for a website that I hope to create using WordPress. I was hoping to get some advice though.
I have experience skinning themes but I'm struggling to find a theme that would match the design I have made. If you guys could take a look at the pic I have linked and let me know if it would be easier to modify a theme to get the look I am after, or whether it's quite straight forward to create my own theme?

   Any help would be much appreciated! Many thanks :)

   Don’t know of any theme with a similar design, but it’s a fairly simple structure so it should be quite straight forward to create it. All the best.
