Where is my account photo??

Dear All:
Recently, i reinstall my WP to new VPS. But, I got the problem which is account photo was gone.This problem I am very troubled. Because, all the Author Bio, the photo were disappear, too! I am using “WP About Author” plugin, version 1.3.
Does anyone could help me, please~
