   Have I been hacked at http://www.patricktaylor.com/ ? I have never seen this before. Needs fixing urgently. Any help would be appreciated.

   You have not been hacked.

   They are hosting errors - email your support with details.

   Thanks for the quick reply. I have phoned my hosting provider and they have confirmed their MySQL server is at fault and they are working on it urgently. Phew! I feared the worst, but WordPress is doing its job and at least I haven't broken anything.
