   I purchased a theme from Brian Gardner (Genesis/Child) to upload. I uploaded it and...

   I saw that the theme did not upload properly and now I see the message below both when I
   1. go to my blog site
   2. go to the Word Press Login

   Warning: require_once(/home/lizzie/public_html/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/lizzie/public_html/wp-content/themes/magazine/functions.php on line 3

   Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/lizzie/public_html/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/lizzie/public_html/wp-content/themes/magazine/functions.php on line 3
   Now, I have no idea how to:

   1. Fix this so I can log in.
   2. Upload the theme I purchased to my site.
   3. How to contact WP to get this resolved, as I'm sure Blue Host will not support a WP issue.

   ftp to site or use host's file manager to delete the magazine theme folder
   this will bring up default theme and let you log in

   try re-installing manually

   I can't find the magainze theme in my files. In the theme folder I only see: default, twentyten and classic. I don't know how to delete a folder if I can't find it. Jeez, I know how to create a website. This is my first time with Word Press, and I am extremely frustrated that I can't get this fixed.

   Should I just end my blog account and go back to Dreamweaver and CSS/HTML?

   Never give up on WordPress, Liz.

   Just out of curiosity did you try uploading the theme to the Theme directory again through FTP?

   If there was anything there it should ask you if you want to overwrite it or not. It which case I would say yes.

   Let me know if that works. Honestly I have no idea.
