   I am trying to install the files into my C--panel that I downloaded and unzipped. The problem is the three files are not transfering. Only the others under those on the list uploaded. Is there a way to transfer the first three files. Or Is there a way to select all and upload.

   use your ftp client to upload - much faster

   Sorry it took me so long to get back to this. Commission artwork got in the way.
   So I downloaded FileZilla and uploaded my files to my host. Transfer said it was a success but when I went to put my URL in it gave me this warning error:

   Warning: require_once(/home/cherilyn/public_html/wp-load.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/cherilyn/public_html/wp-admin/install.php on line 18

   Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/cherilyn/public_html/wp-load.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/cherilyn/public_html/wp-admin/install.php on line 18

   What does this mean? and what do I do now?!

   I have an existing website on that host. Do I have to delete those files first? When I type in my website URL I still get my old website so the installation of WP is not complete.

   I tried again and now it says that there is an error establishing database connection. How do I fix this?

   I checked my C-panel and my database is set up correctly there. How do you connect the two?
