Help… Theme 2.7 converted to 3.1

Team, I found a fantastic theme but it was designed for v2.7. It install ok but with some header errors. Is there an editor where I can load this theme and tweak it for 3.1?

I am new at WordPress, loved the features, now switching from Joomla to WordPress.

I hope someone can help..
