It looks like your server is delivering content. Do you have FTP access or access to your control panel?
yes I do through my GoDaddy account. What should I do?
Go into your file manager, then in wp-content rename the plugins directory to something like plugins_save. This will basically disable all of your plugins. Then re-open your browser and see if you can login to your admin. We are checking for a plugin conflict. Once you are in, rename the plugins directory back to its original name, and see if you can access plugins through your admin panel. If you can, turn them all off, then open your site in another browser. Turn plugins on one at a time and refresh the site in the other window to see if you can figure out which one is doing it.
So I went in and changed the name of the plugin folder, and confirmed that the name changed, however when I went to login to the admin page, it would let me put in my username and password, but then would not load my dashboard…it just shows at the bottom “waiting for serenity-family.com…”
Still not working – please help! Is there anything else I can do here?
Can you clear your cache before you try to log into admin again?
Still not working…just keeps trying to load.
Does GoDaddy allow you access to the server error logs?
Yes! I think so, in the FTP, there is a file called error_docs, in that file here is the list of files I see listed there:
bad_gateway.html
bad_request.html
forbidden.html
internal_server_error.html
maintenance.html
method_not_allowed.html
not_acceptable.html
not_found.html
not_implemented.html
precondition_failed.html
proxy_authentication_required.html
request-uri_too_long.html
unauthorized.html
unsupported_media_type.html
Is this helpful? Thank you!
Sorry, no, those are the error pages the server sends to a Visitor’s browser when bad things happen. We are looking for error logs
While you are in your admin, locate your IP Address. Try typing it into your browser address window. I really don’t think this will work, since the browser is getting all the content, just not displaying it, but I’m curious to see if this makes any difference.
Ok, so there is a folder called “logs” in that folder there’s another folder labeled: W3SVC233, in that folder there are two files:
u_ex140416.log
web_stat_executor.conf
Not sure if these are related to this problem?

Your hosting providers will be able to locate your server error logs for you.
I’m running Firebug on this site, and showing three CSS files and eight Javascript files that are not loading, all of which are in your Hayden theme. It looks like their support is open for about another 40 minutes, if you paid for this premium theme drop them a note and explain the issue. They will probably give you a fresh copy to upload via FTP to see if that fixes it.
Hi
I had this problem today. I went into my GoDaddy account and renamed the plugin file to plugin2. I was able to get into my dashboard after changing the name of the file to plugin2 and my site came up. I went back and changed my plugin file name back to just plugin. Next since I have a lot of plugins going I did not want to turn them all off and go through each one. What I did was delete the last plugin I activated from the plugin file while on my host company page (GoDaddy). It works now. The problem was a plugin. I thought it was because I did not update to 3.9. I read about the update and there seems to be some problems with that so it seemed best to do the plugin check first.
