Im looking for some help. I have set myself up a blog for college and I would like to have a blog page for general ramblings and then a page just for my assignments that i have to give to my tutors.

The theme I am using, under the customise section that you find from the theme manager, gives me an option to assign a "posts page". by selecting this all the post I create go to that assigned page regardless of category.

I was wondering what is the best way to go about setting up my website so that all my posts go on to the page I have called "Blog" and then ever post that has the category called "college work" assigned to it will then go exclusively to the specific page called "college work" and not appear in any of my other pages.

I am completely new to WordPress, so if you have any solutions could you please keep the suggestions rookie friendly.

If you require any other further information then please let me know and I will post it.
