Help: Setting up Automatic Upgrade

    I am running WP 2.8.1 on a Windows Server w/ PHP 5.0. How do I set up automatic upgrade? Specifically:
    – What is expected in the Hostname field?
    – Is there a folder I need to manually create (wp-content\upgrade?)
    – What permissions are needed on this folder?

    Thanks for any and all help. I was surprised that the documentation leaves this out.And I can’t seem to find something definitive in the forums.
