help setting a default start time in wp-calendar

hi i am using Wp-calendar for my events calendar and it is great but i am looking for a way to set the time of the events so i do not have to constantly change it for each and every entry
at present it shows the current time
what i want is it to show 19:30 for the default start time
and 23:00 for the default end time
as i have to input around 30 events each month all of which start at the same time
i thing this would be a good feature for the pluging to be able to set default times would help everyone
any sugestions how this could be done would be great or if you know of a plugin please let me know
