I adjusted the functions.php and got this - can't log in. Need help ASAP!

Just replace the functions.php file you were editing when the error occurred with the one from your last backup and start over.
Or, use your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to rename or delete the accugenix theme directory, then log back in and change/fix the theme.
